I thought i was in paradise but ended up with a leaking old bathroom, no phone for room service for 3 days, and no compensation for my trouble. Absolutely unacceptable! The staff were friendly, sure, but i expected something more befitting a luxury resort. Almost left a glowing review, but just couldn't due to all the inconveniences.

We loved that wonderful hotel. Staff was decent and breakfast was savoury. The property's position was quiet, next to the beach. Dined at Blue Lagoon Restaurant, it was relatively close to the venue. Outstanding dishes served at the beachside restaurant.

Excellent service and an amazing pool onsite. Marvellous and beautiful location away from White sands. And very close to Ko Chang and other restaurants.

The location is very quiet
Bungalow is fine, the rest is getting old. Unfortunately very unkind in the details. The breakfast we left out, so uncomfortable was the room designed and the food was ordinary. Wifi works very badly or not at all in the whole hotel. Every little shop in town had better Wifi. The staff does not speak English, even the staff at the reception desk always have to get someone to translate.

Almost everything, very nice and courteous staff, nice clean and quiet bungalows. Was also quiet and not overcrowded. We are very happy to come back and can recommend the resort to others with a clear conscience.
No free sports facilities. (and that with the good hospitality) . I found it a pity that one had to pay as a guest also the kayak. It wasn't expensive, but it's a matter of principle. . . Therefore no 10 points.

For anyone thinking about this
With a serene beach and exquisite staff, every moment here was like bliss. The buffet breakfast catered even to special dietary needs. Spacious rooms and good cocktails at sunset. We will surely return for more of this paradise.

The location's great. Beautiful layout
The food at the restaurant isn't very good. The air conditioning is very loud.

The beautiful villa had nice clean amenities and offered a decent level of privacy. The resort had beautifully lit paths in the evening.
The breakfast area was uncomfortably hot and the outdoor space often had a lingering bad smell. The main access road to the hotel was problematic, flooding after rain and causing hazardous conditions for walking, which led to an unfortunate accident. Improvements were made afterwards. Room service was inconsistent, often lacking menus in the rooms, and it took days for one to be installed. There were issues with water pressure in the bathroom, resulting in an unusable bath. The advertised spa services were either non-existent or unclear, disappointing.

We had an lovely stay with a fantastic beachfront and delicious breakfast options that catered to our dietary needs. The pool and the beach were great spots to relax after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, it would be nice to have a few more umbrellas around the pool for some extra shade! 🌴

Good location in Klong Prao Beach district next to White sands, general public areas and shops and restaurants. Luxurious and tastefully decorated rooms exactly as on the pictures. Great pool, parking on site.
